Frequently asked questions
How do you guarantee mineral origin?
Every lot is sealed and registered at the point of extraction with site, cooperative and date. The register is handed to the buyer with the goods.
Do you work with artisanal sites?
Yes, under agreement with registered cooperatives. Sites without a valid title or without age checks at entry are excluded from our purchases.
What volumes can you commit to?
Volumes depend on the mineral and the season. We issue a quantified contractual capacity after a first technical meeting.
What are the payment terms?
Payment against documents on shipment, or prefinancing backed by an offtake contract. Terms are negotiated per lot.
How does a collaboration start?
A scoping call, delivery of the technical and compliance file, then a site visit if you want one.
